REPRESENTATION & NETWORKING
- Interface and engage on a regular basis with industry bodies
and other special purpose vehicles to position SA as an excellent
MICE destination
- On-going networking and convincing of individuals who can
assist with positioning the destination together with its
value proposition
- Serve as a lobbyist for specific projects
- Continuous communications with the industry regarding market
related issues, challenges, topics of interest, events etc.
- Assist the media and the press with editorials or notice of
happenings with regards to the projects
- Networking and meeting with various bodies that can influence
incoming prospects i.e. embassies, associations and industry
players
